Fruit salads are my family’s favorite snack. I make a big bowl of it every week, that way it’s easy to eat a good portion of fruits.
1. Cut any kind of fruits (my favorites are cantaloupe, strawberries, grapes and peaches).
2. In a small bowl, mix together some lemon juice and a little bit of honey. Pour over the fruits.
3. Chop some mint and add it to the salad.
