1️⃣ Eggs: I eat them every single morning. Plus, I’m a big fan of pickled eggs for a snack.
2️⃣ Avocado oil: I use it for cooking and in some salad dressings.
3️⃣ Thinly sliced beef (fondue-style): I find it’s easy to cook. I like to cook it in a pan or boil it in chicken broth (with onions and mushrooms), and then add some to my salads, stir fry, wraps, etc.
4️⃣ Balsamic vinegar: One of my everyday salad dressing recipe is: balsamic vinegar, olive oil, lemon juice (or mustard) and maple syrup.
5️⃣ Whole wheat bread: I eat a toast (or French toast) every morning.
6️⃣ Babybel cheese: easy to grab and it makes a nice protein snack.
7️⃣ Perrier water (or Bubbly): I love bubbles! Perrier helps with my pop cravings and keeps me hydrated.
8️⃣ Greek yogourt (plain) : great way to add protein to your breakfast and snacks.
9️⃣ Whole chicken : We (I mean, my husband) cook two (sometimes more) beer chicken per week. It’s sooo tasty and juicy. And there are always some leftovers.
