Ingredients :
- Frozen or fresh berries
- Lemon zest
- 1-2 tbs of maple syrup (optional)
Directions :
- Put all the ingredients (frozen or not) in a sauce pot.
- Bring to simmer and let it cook for 3-4 minutes.
Put it on plain Greek yogurt, toasted banana breads, homemade muffins or Protein Pancakes.
