What does the package include?
A personal online coach for 4 weeks (*BONUS: We added 2 follow ups the following month) that will keep you accountable and we will answer all your questions.
The 1st – E-book includes a nutritional guide full of valuable information, tips and recipes.
The 2nd – E-book includes information that will help guide your preparation and make sure you set attainable goals…It will also provide a detailed calendar, guidelines tricks, general/motivational tips and more.
A printable planner with a section to fill out your goals and strategies, plus a calendar to write down your workouts.

Four Live Workouts via the Coco Fitness Winter Bundle private group on Facebook (January 17th, 24th, 31st and February 7th)
During this 4-week period, I will communicate once a week (weekly follow up) but know that I am always available for questions from now until February 7th.
I will reach out with all participants between January 3rd - January 10th.
