How do I stay consistent with my health and fitness goals and still have an active social life? 📈
The people who know me well know that I love my social life aka drinking beer. 🍻
How do I balance the two?
1. First, my husband and I aren’t big fans of restaurants, which helps a lot. When we have something planned, we rarely go out to eat beforehand.
2. Second, when I have an event planned, I’ll make sure to do a good workout that same day (usually in the morning). A nice sweat off before the big party. 😅
3. Third, on the day after #hangover, I’ll make sure to go out for a nice walk (nothing intense), even though I might not feel like going, it ends up feeling really good to move a little bit and get some fresh air. #stayontrack But, I have to say that hangovers haven’t been the same since I became a mother #nosleepinginanymore So honestly, on those days, I have no choice but to get up early and follow my daughter’s footsteps all day!
