Any kind of bench press is, in my opinion, the best exercise for your chest.
Here’s a couple tips about bench presses:
▪️Using dumbbells offers a better range of movement (so you can boost muscle growth even further).
▫️Using inclined bench puts more tension on the upper part of your chest while using a declined bench will work mostly the lower part of your chest.
▪️If you don’t have an adjustable bench, using a neutral-grip also puts more emphasis on your upper chest.
▫️Keep you feet flat on the floor at all times. Raising your feet off the ground while benching can shift as much as 30 percent of the load off your upper body.
▪️Alternating dumbbell presses will increase your core activation.
▫️Using a closer grip while bench pressing will also target your triceps.
