📝2 months ago, we were on a plane to Austria and I was bored. So I decided to create a training program for myself, just like I would for my clients.
📋I’ve been following this program for 2 months now, and even though I know what I’m doing when I go to the gym, having planned workouts instead of working out intuitively has had a huge impact on my progress.
- 💜Most of the week, I go to the gym 4 times
- 💚I move every day
- 🧡I eat well more often than not
- 💙I still drink my little beer every day in Austria and share an ice cream with my daughter from time to time.
