Protein snack. 🤗
I always add a serving of protein with my snacks. 💡
However, I am not a fan of protein powder or any protein bar. So here’s an idea for a simple and delicious snack.
▫️Plain Greek yogurt ▫️Mandarines (in water or juice) ▫️Fresh pineapple ▫️Unsweetened coconut flakes
👉🏼I mix the Greek yogurt and the mandarine water together before adding the rest of the ingredients.
