⏱5 minutes pancakes. Here are my favorite pancakes. I like to cook them thin and roll them. (My daughter loves it).
🍓I add homemade jam (from my mother-in-law) inside or chocolate cream cheese.
🥞Put equal amounts in a blender :
- Quick oats
- Cottage cheese or plain Greek Yogurt
- Eggs (I usually put a cup of each for my family of 3).
🍳When there is leftovers, I warm them during the week with an egg on top and salad on the side. #cocomademedoit #keepitsimple #cocofitness
