It’s summer.
This time of the year when we eat and drink more but move certainly less.📉
🌼 It is important to take advantage of it, since summer is very short in the Maritimes.
My tips to stay on track:
- Try to move (workout) in the morning. because on sunny day, if you postpone in the afternoon, chances are that you’re not gonna do it.
- Eat well as often as possible, make better choices when it’s possible. There is always a way to make better choices.
- Drink plenty of water. Start your day by drinking a bottle before your coffee or breakfast.
- Choose low calorie drinks. But keep in mind that alcohol is alcohol, even if it’s mixed with water.
