- 1 cup of Plain Greek Yogurt
- 2 mini cucumbers – peeled, seeded and diced
- 1 tbs of olive oil
- 1 tbs of dill weed
- 1 small clove garlic, minced
- 2 tbs lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
- Combine all the ingredients and mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour for best flavor.
Put it on turkey burgers or use it as a dipping sauce for turkey meat balls.
