💜The best time is what YOU prefer. Your body doesn’t care if you workout in the morning, the afternoon or at night.
✅What’s important is that you show up!
Just be sure to set realistic expectations. Don’t try to go to the gym around 5:00 am before heading to work if you’re not a morning person. It won’t last and you’ll loose motivation!
🙋🏼♀️Personally, I don’t have a fixed preference. It changes constantly. When we’re at home in Canada, I like to go right after I drop off my daughter to daycare in the morning. When we’re in Austria or in Florida, I mostly go to the gym during my daughter’s nap time.
🗓I adjust constantly, according to our schedule… but I keep going!
